WIFI network player

The Teufel Streamer is a hi-fi network player that connects your sound systems with the world of online music. It allows you to access streaming services like Spotify, TuneIn, or SoundCloud, as well as your own personal music collection via Teufel Raumfeld app. You can connect to your amplifier, AV receiver, soundbar, or sounddeck using a cinch or digital cable. You can also easily control your music using the available buttons on the front of the device. Here is an overview of the improvements made to the new model:

Connect your vinyl or CD player to the streamer to play your music collection wirelessly on other systems. Some sound systems can be connected via Line In. You can also use the LAN port as an alternative to WIFI to connect to your local network.
The integrated high-quality D/A converter from Cirrus Logic ensures a fine signal resolution.

Teufel multiroom loudspeakers offer a range of music streaming services, Internet radios, and podcast, like no other!  Discover all the different music sources that our three streaming technologies have to offer.

All Teufel streaming systems can be networked with each other thanks to the integrated Raumfeld technology. Listen to the same music synchronously on several speakers in the Multiroom or to different music in each room. Use the Teufel Raumfeld app to manage your rooms, group individual Multiroom speakers together, create individual playlists and adjust the volume and sound per room using the equaliser.

Streaming Multiroom
The T 4000 SW bridges the divide between something you can fit in your living room easily and mega bass playback. Its incredibly flat enclosure makes it easy to place the T 4000 out of the way. That small space behind the sofa or coffee table is enough. In fact, the T 4000 is so slender, it can even be positioned under most sofas, wall mounted or used to support your television. Its heavy duty, reinforced MDF enclosure was designed to withstand the weight of conventional televisions making it the ideal audio pedestal.

In spite of its highly convenient dimensions, T 4000 is driven by 250 watts for power to spare. The three driver system, already successfully employed in Teufel’s highly popular System 4 THX model, is used here as well. This ensures balanced playback at THX standards and produces powerful, deep bass all the way down to 35 Hz for home cinema that puts you straight in the action. Even at very high volumes, the long-throw drivers put out extremely little distortion.

The T 4000 is a universal subwoofer that can be combined with just about any home cinema set, even very high-performance models. This means the T 4000 is perfect for accompanying surround speakers or for giving an already complete 5.1 set an extra boost.

Impaq 8000 Blu-ray Receiver

The Impaq Blu-ray A/V receiver is a Blu-ray/DVD/CD player, AV receiver, network player, radio and much more. You won’t require any other device to enjoy 5.1 surround with the best possible sound and greatest number of playback options. A single slimline receiver measuring just 8 cm tall is all you need.

The Impaq 8000 delivers balanced sound and stable levels across the entire frequency spectrum. A highly efficient class D amplifier from Texas Instruments gives the little system plenty of power.

The system's ability to process and decode video content is also state-of-the-art. Not only does the Impaq 8000 support this standard, an integrated upscaling function can convert HD content into 4K.

PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U, television, SAT or cable receiver, Apple TV, smartphones and tablets can be easily integrated itno the system via one of the Impaq's HDMI, digital or anlog inputs.

7.1 option: An RCA pre-out connection on the back makes it possible to expand 5.1 into 7.1 setups. Note that active speakers must be connected to the pre-out. With a Rear Station 4, even passive speakers can be integrated and wirelessly controlled.

Bluetooth, radio, streaming

The Impaq not only streams via Bluetooth, it offers the highest quality sound via aptX codec. This makes it easy to play back audio from apps like Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube and enjoy CD-like sound quality. Thanks to NFC, the pairing procedure is also easy: Just hold your smartphone up to the Impaq and the two devices will automatically forge a Bluetooth connection.

In addition to Bluetooth streaming, the impaq can access data on your home network and play back all the movies and music you have stored there. Pictures can also be acceessed and displayed on your television. Connect your smartphone to your home network and transfer all the music, videos and pictures you have stored there.

An oldie but a goodie, the Impaq 8000, of course, also includes FM radio. Save up to 30 stations thanks to the Impaq's RDS function.

Rear speaker optional wireless

With the optionally available REARSTATION the rear speakers can be controlled without continuous cabling to the AV receiver.

Front

The REARSTATION transmitter module sends sound signals for the left and right surround channels wirelessly from the AV receiver to the two REARSTATION receiver modules, which can be placed near the rear speakers. There is no need for cabling through the entire room.

SubConnect MOD

This SubConnect MOD is for use with the T 4000 subwoofer or S 6000 Subwoofer and CoreStation A/V receiver or DecoderStation 6 or Subwoofer Wireless Transmitter (connects to the line out of third party amplifiers). The MOD is simply plugged in to a dedicated slot it the back of a T 4000 or S 6000.

Initial connection of the subwoofer MOD to a CoreStation/DecoderStation 6/Subwoofer Wireless Transmitter can be comfortably achieved using the CoreStation/DecoderStation 6 menu on your TV. Once paired, they will connect automatically when turned on and within 10 meters of each other.

Facilitates fast and space-friendly inclusion of subwoofer systems into living spaces. Lossless signal sends clean, precise bass with high fidelity impulses.

For the SubConnect wireless module, you’ll need:

1. T 4000 flat subwoofer or S 6000 active subwoofer
2. CoreStation or DecoderStation 6, or Subwoofer Wireless Transmitter plugged into an AV receiver

A Teufel cable with a 1.0 mm² cross sectional area is recommend for multimedia systems and less expensive home cinema systems where only short distances need to be covered.

CCA Wires

The wires within this cable are made from copper-clad aluminium. CCA cables have the same electric conductivity as full copper wires but weigh less, making them easier to work with.

The loudspeaker cable contains an especially high number of strands for extra flexibility and conductivity.

Robust jacket

The extremely robust yet flexible outer jacket protects the high-quality cable inside. The positive pole is indicated.

Connection

The loudspeaker cables can be connected directly to the amplifier/loudspeaker or by means of a banana plug.

Delivery

One loudspeaker cable plus cable ties with Velcro is delivered in separate packaging.

High-end satellite speakers

Aluminium enclosures were enhanced with an anodised surface for an elegant finish. The original cloth covers of the Cubycon satellites were also replaced by subtly convex aluminium grilles.  This design has both better acoustic permeability offers improved driver protection.

The centerpiece of the Cubycon, its clever coax driver technology, was completely re-worked and improved through a series of extended listening tests. The result: Even more neutral playback, more details and a higher efficiency rating (90 dB at 2.83 V/ 1 m) as well as a high, distortion-free maximum level of 100 dB/1 m.

Each enclosure made from low resonance aluminium contains a coax driver unit specially designed for the Cubycon. This consist of an 80 mm midrange driver with a 20 mm horn tweet positioned directly in front. The two drivers combined a long a single access form an ideal wave guide for the upper range. A separate 80 mm midbass driver is paired with this sonic duo. All three drivers make use of an especially light membrane. The division of the frequency range among three drivers ensures that each driver is perfectly able to play back the range in which it specialises.

The crossover is comprised of only four components. This simplicity means that the signal is converted into sound without any external influences. With the Cubycon, you won’t experience aggressive highs and booming, exaggerated bass. A linear frequency response and neutral playback with movies, music and games is what this system was made for.

5.1 surround sound

All satellites are equipped with the same drivers. This allows details to be perfectly localised while gaming and creates a feeling of being in the middle of the action with films. The use of wave guide technology creates a sweet spot large enough to include your nearest and dearest.

Integrated mounts allow the satellites to be wall-mounted directly beneath or above a flat screen TV. Placement on a shelf or stand is also possible.

Integrated keyhole brackets on the satellite make it easy to mount them on a wall – directly alongside your display, for instance. They can also be placed on the AC 3001 SP speaker stand available separately.
