Since every room sounds different, tastes are different and we want to give you time to try out all the settings in detail, you can test our products for 8 weeks. Would you like to make use of your 8-week right of return?

You can request a return directly online under the following conditions:

• The product was delivered by DHL or UPS (not by a forwarding agent).
• Not possible with a delivery address in Switzerland, Norway or Liechtenstein.
• You have the order number from your order confirmation (which you received by e-mail when you made your purchase) to hand.
