Your advantages
If your registration was successful and you have confirmed your email, you will usually receive the welcome email within an hour, which contains the welcome voucher. If we receive a high number of registrations within a short time period it may take longer until you receive the mail. This can be the case when we have a competition running. If you haven’t listed our email address in your contacts it may be the case that the email will not appear in your inbox, but instead in your junk or spam folder. Please check your junk/spam folder for our email, should you have trouble finding it.
Please note the terms and conditions of the voucher, which you can find in the welcome email. The voucher can be redeemed within 30 days.
