Carry out return via online returns portal yourself

All products that consist of four or less DHL parcels can be returned within the 8 week return period via our online returns portal.

Your advantages

1. Immediate and binding notification of returns and observance of deadlines
2. No postage: paid return label can be printed out yourself
3. Send your parcel yourself via a Post branch or DHL parcel shop (optional pick-up service)

Important notes on the return packaging

Damage in transit caused by inadequate packaging may result in costs. Therefore, please use the original packaging or a comparable packaging for the return shipment.

For some products, we can also provide empty packaging by arrangement.
